Bidrage med feedbackFirst off, this restaurant is NOT Olympic Cafe anymore, so it is not Greek. All the previous reviews listed here are for Olympic Cafe, which occupied the same space until recently (winter 2017). Trattoria Pasquale is one of the better Italian restaurants in South Tampa, so (I assume) this is its industrial complex lunch spot sibling. Which means the menu is not as high end but features some solid Italian dishes. Large portions, because that is what patrons in this neighborhood demand. Two light eaters could split a plate. Everything was good not extraordinary but then, you aren't paying extraordinary prices. Totally worth it if you are in the mood for Italian food for lunch.
I used to order from this restaurant almost everyday at work, and other people in the office still order, but I've noticed it's not as frequent as it used to be. In my opinion the food has gotten sloppy. I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, white toast with butter and home fries on August 10th 2017. My scrambled eggs were really soft and had a liquid-y texture, which was disgusting. My toast wasn't toast at all, it was like they didn't even toast it they just threw melted butter on it and called it toast and the butter tasted chemically. The home fries were tasteless, even though they look like they have seasoning, they don't taste like anything. This is the 3rd time in a row I've ordered and been disappointed. Will not be ordering from them anymore, as their food just is sloppy and isn't good anymore. You get what you pay for, cheap prices mean cheap food. I recommend going to Angelo's, similar breakfast menu (minus the Greek food)
This place is awesome! Very authentic. I eat here for lunch once a week and I am always satisfied. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the food is always really good.
Nice little place in a block of offices that looks unappealing, the service is good, it is clean, the food is very tasty. The cheese on fire (It has a different Greek name on course) for appetizer was not just fun to see how they make it but also delicious. Good and generous Gyro. Will be back.
Extended family is Greek and in the restaurant industry so I know that most Greek eateries have a wide selection of other food types, specifically continental. But this location advertises itself as a Greek Restaurant and has two Greek dishes. No dolmades, moussaka, pastitio, spanikopita, etc. I was met with confused looks or apologies when asking for said items and decided to just order the Greek Salad. The salad was less than stellar and a poor attempt at one, to say the least. Please, put on some other Greek dishes instead of Gyro meat and hummus, they 're not difficult and will appeal to many customers. Until then, I wish you the best but do not advertise Greek eatery without Greek items.
