The cakes are delicious. Unfortunately they are unorganized. Last year my cake wasn’t ready and although I gave them another try this year, I had to call to confirm that my order would be ready. She called me back to ask when I placed it, how I placed it and what it was.the cake wasn’t decorated as asked with a simple HB on it. I didn’t say anything since I just wanted to pay and leave. They didn’t have any boxes to carry the box and after asking several times so I could cover it, I was given 1/2 of a box. When I arrived at my party, the box had a smell. It honestly smelled like fish! Just disappointing. These cakes are costly for such bad service.
