El Rincon Latino Of Tampa - Nowatney

The alcapurias were terrible! they were greasy and tasted like. it came from a box. They are not authentic at all. Will not eat there again .

Nice clean restaurant.Good Spanish food. Not busy. Menu and prepared food available.

This place is awesome. Saw a live performer from South America, he was Latin Emmy. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was clean and interesting to look at. The service was like going home. They made us feel very welcomed. You should definitely try this place

This Latin food has been here sometimes in my bookmarks. Finally I have a chance to visit them. The restaurant is basically in the Spanish plaza. The plaza is kind of die on traffic. Such big plaza but not much of car in front of it. The restaurant has deli food and order in the menu. I would go for the menu order. We got the Bistec with grilled shrimp from the menu and my wife got the goat with yellow sauce from deli. Both dish is good. The added grilled shrimp is five count big size. The side also good. We have plantains, white rice and black bean, salad. The service is friendly. Price is affordable. It is a great place to get food. I hope the plaza owner make some modifications and attractions customers event. This will help the business.

A random meeting in this strip mall brought our group to lunch at El Rincon Latino, and it didn't disappoint. It's served cafeteria style and portions are more than plentiful. There is a distinct lack of labeling, so picky eaters and those with allergies, beware. That said, everything I tasted was great. Some sort of pork was salty for my taste but still good, and the fried plantains, stewed yucca, and a tomato avocado salad (extremely generous with the avocado) were all great and seemed fresh. The line was extremely fast. I'm never really in this part of Tampa so I don't know if/when I'll be back but if I lived or worked in the area I could see myself being a regular.
