I would rate this restaurant a perfect 5 across the board for its service and atmosphere.

I decided to order delivery from this restaurant. My order was cooked and delivered in just 10 minutes, which made it seem like there was no preparation involved. Unfortunately, the ribeye steak had a strong smell of old meat, the vitello tonato was dry, the pizza was overly salty (even for someone who enjoys salty food like myself), and the herring tasted overly vinegary, as if it came straight out of a plastic packaging from the grocery store. When spending a lot of money on a meal from a reputable restaurant, one expects to receive delicious food, but each dish I ordered had a significant flaw. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 1, but the service a 3.

We recently dined at this restaurant and were disappointed. The prices were high, but the quality of the dishes did not match. The mushroom soup and seafood were tasteless, but we did enjoy the pork and salad. The red fish was oversalted and one of our friends felt sick after eating here. The atmosphere seemed more suited for older guests, with a chill on the third floor that required blankets. The outdoor seating had rusty tables and poor maintenance. Overall, the service was average at best and the experience left us feeling like we had wasted our money. The only highlight was the friendly waitress.

Beautiful interior design, but not very good food. I just liked juice and dessert. I had to send risotto back.

This is a great place to eat. the food and the services are 5 begin all the way. I love the ones they give you when you're cold on the deck.
