The Cheesecake Factory - Feedback

I am still waiting for my text for my table. Was put on the waiting list at 5pm..was told 40-50 minutes. It's is now 7:40. When I asked how much longer at 6pm.....

Overpriced, under portioned, too fancy, not filling, and cheesecake is not great either.

Went here today… The food was not good. We drove far. So I was very disappointed. They definitely have went down with the food quality.

Nice service, delicious food. However, it was too crowded and a bit uncomfortable compared to other cheesecake factories. This sometimes caused service delays.
