Rojo Mexican Bistro - Novi

Enjoyed great food, drink and service, while having a great time with my lovely wife.

My wife and I have been to this restaurant several times, and always found it to be unique and enjoyable. This experience made us really sad the way the restaurant has gone downhill so quickly. The food, the service and the atmosphere have all deteriorated to the point that is was just a bad mexican chain place no better than all the others. Too bad.

Service was bad, food mediocre, waiter finally brought our chips and salsa after our meals were served. Nachos were not good at all, hardly any cheese and my husband's burrito tasted like it was from yesterday. We will not be going back.

We went to Rojo because my son likes it. It was okay, just okay. Food was good but not great. The service was good but not great. I'd go back but it wouldn't be my first choice.

If tables are not available for same day then opentable/ Rojo should not accept reservations. We liked food and service was ok but had to wait 35 min even after we made reservations. Had a little one and she was cranky as it had passed her dinner time.
