Cafe Veliki Novi Sad

We started with two delicious salads, which had beautiful presentations and homemade dressings. The basket of homemade bread they brought us was a nice touch, with a mix of white and brown bread that was very tasty. The duck dish we ordered was beautifully presented on the plates and served hot. I ordered the stuffed vegetarian zucchini with cheese, which was one of my favorite dishes in Serbia so far. It can be hard to find good vegetarian options, but this menu had plenty to choose from. My mother and brother had the grilled chicken dinner and they both really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely go back on my next visit to Novi Sad.

Every time I go to Cafe Veliki, I am amazed. It is so difficult to choose because everything on the menu is delicious. If you visit Novi Sad, plan to spend several evenings at this restaurant or you will regret not being able to try at least 3 or 4 dishes. I was so impressed this time that I completely forgot to take pictures of the main dishes.

This restaurant is excellent! I highly recommend it. They offer a variety of dishes that capture the essence of Vojvodina, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The service was impeccable and the staff was very friendly. Everything was perfect. The Pelkert and Šomlói galuska were particularly delicious!

Good choice for vegetarians and reasonable for a vegan... I had filled zucchini, which was really delicious and easy to leave the cheese. Nice Serbian wine. Portions v generous, so no place to pudding sad. Great service and very friendly staff who speak several languages, including English, also have top sightseeing tips.

Rarely do I say this, but this has to be one of the best food places I've visited in the world. Had Zucchinis with chicken and was blown away. The waiter was also amazing. Really cute place as well. I don't go to the same place twice but will visit again!
