The child requested a pizza before our trip, so we placed an order at this cafe with a delivery time of 18-22. We were informed that the delivery would be made by 20-44, which seemed outrageously long for fast food. However, the child insisted and since our deadline for the trip was 21-00, we decided to wait. As we waited, we checked the status of our order and saw that it had been packaged at 20-45. Then, a delivery driver from the pizza company called to inform us that they were running late and asked if we could wait an additional 35 minutes. When I declined, the driver seemed surprised that a customer would be dissatisfied. Ultimately, the child ended up not getting their pizza. What was even more frustrating was receiving a call after 35 minutes asking if we still wanted the order, even though it was already past 22-00. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and tasted like plastic. There was no sense of customer service throughout this whole ordeal. In other countries, the business owner would likely have fired everyone involved in such a poor performance. In Russia, however, it seems that subpar service is accepted as the norm. Four hours for a pizza delivery is unacceptable. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment at all costs.

I love sushi very much. we were in this caffeine for the first time, the staff is polite, eating is delicious!

Еда стала невеусной Сегодня заказывала сет филадельфийский:обычная филадельфия приехала теплой, рыбы мало, роллы разваливаются,рис недоварен,с евый соус стал как вода на вкус. Год назад это была доставка которую мы заказывали несколько раз каждую неделю, сейчас ищу новое место тут стало невкусно
