Third food was so fantastic in less than 10 minutes. The best of the pizza was brilliant. Wood fired yes. Quality toppings yes. Burnt crispy edges are here on a winner. Chewing edges okay, I went to heaven. Can say enough positive things about this place. I can't see why it has such a high rating.
We ordered Boscaiola around 22:30, and they still accepted the order! Not only that, it was as delicious as it is rated!
Since pizza goes to Noumea, this is probably the best, and on par with the best I ever had. The cook is Italian and the pizza oven is a real hightemp wood burning neopolitan. Crust was thin, really chewing and crispy. Mild, non-deflecting tomato sauce. Beautiful amount of cheese and share of other toppings. My Ham/Mushroom pizza came with an egg that was a bit raw for my taste, but as I read later, this is a French thing... can make an inquiry if you are worried or skip the egg. The cream and the bacon pizza of my wife were perfect. We both barely finished. Prices are in place with other restaurants in Noumea (in any case, but treat yourself) recommend this place
Fantastic service by a very friendly waitress. She also spoke very good English, which was a big bonus. Pizza was delicious and so was the fresh pasta. Definitely worth the 25min walk in the rain of anse vata.
This amazing restaurant had been recommended by the hotel and the place is so delightful and a very unique Italian experience, amazing service and atmosphere A+
