Just got medium fish chips and peas, the chips were undercooked and congealed into a solid lump in the tray, the batter on the fish was a soggy mess. Mushy peas were great. Won't be going there again! Appalling food.

Great chippy, good portions and very fairly priced.Even does old favourites like stew and chips.

Go to Phils Plaice every Wednesday. Can't beat it. Chips good, sausage good, kebab brilliant.. Read alot of negative comments, So? Can't get it perfect every time. But will not stop us going back. Staff brilliant, know what I want as I walk through the door
