First time visit and I will come back. I can't fault the standard of food, table service and the decor and atmosphere of the place. A little expensive but what the heck every now and then

Really disappointed. Been looking forward to Saturday evening as my birthday treat and feel somewhat short changed! Arrived on time and table not ready, asked to wait outside to be called in, all of this I totally understand. Called in, shown to table then we waited.... and waited. Had to ask after 20 minutes for drinks and menu. Had to then wait another 20 minutes and ask again if we could order food. All in all, a huge, not cheap, disappointing experience.

Booked table at 6pm table of 9 with young children in party. Was told would need the vacate by 8pm upon booking table. It was an hour before 1 starter arrived another 20 mins before another 1 starter arrived. Both not the children's but they were given this. Children crying so hungry ordered prawn crackers to try and pacify. 10 mins later other starters arrived. Not good enough . Food pretty average too. Staff were nice but can't magic the food up. No offer of anything for the table as we waited and waited and urged starters to appear. Very poor.

Wow, this place is bad! Tasteless food, clearly frozen reheated. Not worth its reputation. Paper tablecloths covering another thick plastic one which was unpleasant to sit at. Paper table cloth was removed after the main course then we asked if we wanted dessert!? Staff were lovely, but that’s the only redeeming factor. NOT RECOMMENDED

Last night for Mother's Day absolutely fantastic the waitress we had was brilliant, showed my son how to use hopsticks and he felt very good. Eat excellent and we never had a bad meal there. some people say overpriced, but I say they pay for what they get, they want quality they pay for, all staff are attentive and friendly and can laugh with them 10 out of 10 of 10 of us
