The restaurant staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vegan options available. There were a variety of unique toppings to choose from, including vegan cheese, to customize your own pizza. My daughter, who is vegan, mentioned that it was one of the best pizzas she had ever tasted, even compared to those in Italy. The rest of our group opted for the vegetarian pizza and everyone agreed that it was delicious. We will definitely be returning next time we are in Nottingham.

I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone unfamiliar with Nottingham. Firstly, a female employee dropped a ladle into the meat sauce and asked me if it was acceptable. I declined. Additionally, I ordered vegan cheese on my pizza and only received a minuscule amount. When I expressed surprise at the lack of cheese, the employee explained that vegan cheese melts easily, so less is needed. Despite this, I wished for more cheese on my pizza. My boyfriend also had a disappointing experience, as he ordered a vegan pizza but received dairy cheese on a gluten-free base. It is clear that the restaurant lacks knowledge about vegan options, as they only offer vegan cheese. Overall, there are better dining options with superior customer service available.

Yes this is a pizza chain that has vegan cheese but the subway style bar lends itself to contamination (what looked like dairy cheese in the sun dried tomatoes and a sprinkling of vegan (soy? cheese in the veggies as they were preparing our pizza and there are no protein options for vegans.
