Mcdonald's - Nottingham

Order came fast and there is plenty of seating, both indoor and out.

I'd usually never give reviews especially not bad ones but I'm really quite upset with the service I got today. Me and my grandmother ordered a meal and a drink and thought it would be nice to sit outside due to nice weather. I sit down not thinking anything of it but to my surprise when I stand up my gran points out that I have tomato ketchup down both of my legs on my brand new white jeans! This has really upset me because they aren't even like cheap primark jeans they were pretty expensive and the fact that tomato stains too means I haven't been able to wash and get the stain out! Brand new pair of jeans ruined. I confronted the staff and told them they should be regularly cleaning the tables and chairs outside but they didn't really seem too bothered. Really upset and don't think I'll be returning here again unfortunately. Should of spoken to a manager to be honest.

Unlike a lot of McDonald’s, this branch doesn’t struggle to deal with the increase in orders now we all use the terminals to select and pay. Order came fast and there is plenty of seating, both indoor and out. The wireless charging points aren’t working though.

Stopped off late in the evening to use an offer on the McDonald's App for the new McPlant burger. Checked in and order arrived within 5 minutes. Burger was warm, but just lacked taste. Not a fan of it, but couldn't fault the speed service. Toliets were clean.

After a few hours walking in the city centre McDonald's sounded the ideal place to eat. It was a very warm day so the cooler interior was very welcome plus we were able to sit near the window and watch the world go by. Meal was very good, an excellent bite to eat!
