Bidrage med feedbackI am appalled at the quality of food we received from this restaurant. The open wrap was advertised as a 'Fill your tummy up' wrap, but it did not live up to its promise. The other wrap was supposed to be a zinger chicken wrap, but it was also disappointing. Additionally, we ordered pizzas that never arrived. I have never said this about any place before, but I highly recommend avoiding ordering food from here as you will be let down. I wish I had read reviews before placing my order.
Do not order from this restaurant. My food was delivered incorrectly, and when I inquired about it, I was told it would be another half an hour. Two hours later, when I called to check on my order, I was informed that the driver had disappeared and they would deliver my food the next day instead. The next day, I placed my order again. After waiting for an hour, I called to inquire about the status of my order and was told it was on its way. Another 2 hours passed with the same response. By this point, I was very unhappy. They then claimed they had no record of my order and accused me of not placing an order at all. When I requested a refund, they were rude and abusive on the phone. The food we received on the first night was in poor condition. I will never order from this restaurant again.
After ordering £18 worth of food from here I was disgusted to open one pizza box to find a big black insect inside. I immediately phoned the takeaway and the person I spoke to was extremely rude and basically called me a liar. He then put the phone down on me so I rang back and told him to bring me a refund and collect the food and he laughed and told me no. I contacted justeat as that's where I ordered it and luckily they have credited my account after a 2 day investigation. I will be contacting environmental health because this should not happen, with the amount of bad reviews I'm surprised they are even open
I called this place at 04:00 pm as it is advertised to be open, they kept hanging up the phone until 04:50, they were rude throughout the conversation I had about placing my order, I then cancelled my order as I was going nowhere with him he then shouted at me saying I will never be able to order from them again, this is absolutely ridiculous as he completely ignored what I had to say and did not show the basic customer respect.
I ordered 20 pieces of wings and fries at this restaurant. When the wings arrived, I was disappointed to find that they were small and some seemed to be missing meat. Some wings only had a small piece of meat attached to the bone, and overall the meat was dry and stale. I paid nearly £11 for this order, which was not worth the money at all - I wouldn't even consider it worth £1. When I reached out to the restaurant about my experience, they asked for the receipt and then offered a £5 discount on my next order of at least £13. Essentially, my compensation would be spending more money on what they claim are wings, but are actually poor quality and underwhelming. I have attached photos for reference.
