I haven't been to a KFC in a long time, so I thought I would give it a try. Unfortunately, I regret doing so. The food was cold, greasy, and dry, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. The chips were also cold and soggy, and the drink was flat with no flavor. The wait time for the food from the point of order to receiving it was excessive. Additionally, the communication about order readiness was difficult to hear, as it seemed that the screens in the restaurant were either switched off or broken. I definitely won't be returning to KFC anytime soon.
Today, I went into a restaurant feeling very hungry. I had to wait a long time for my food, which was a zinger burger meal. I specifically asked for a plain zinger burger, but they gave me one with lettuce and mayo instead. I didn't even try it because I wanted a plain burger. My chips were cold and soggy. When I complained about the burger, they changed it, but it still wasn't very warm. The only thing they got right was my Tropicana drink, which was good. To make matters worse, they charged me 30 pence for barbecue sauce. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience and I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Old piece of chicken in my zinger and old chicken stripe... disgusting...and seriously just 14 pieces of chips?? Was not even half box! And even old!! Can you imagine you order a box of chips and the portion isn’t make properly (14 pieces!!!! and the rest of the food is old? Are you serious??? About the chips Im pretty sure was just the last bunch of remaining in the chips well... Do you need a diploma for toss that trash in the bin and put on the fryer a fresh bag of chips and fill properly a box?? That was pure negligence from the crew and from the management for don’t check his/her team job. In 2021 any fast food should be able to deliver an decent service, especially because customers pay for that. I’m working as well in the food/hospitality industry and say “we where busy” isn’t an acceptable excuse. Disgusted.
Firstly a 27 minute wait in a fast food chain with two people in front only. Was served to then be asked to wait with order number until the food was ready. Girls behind counter looked like they didn’t want to be there and clearly more important doing trivial jobs as opposed to customer service. The food…. Vile, cold soggy limp chips, my daughter had the smallest portion. The gravy was so watery it wasn’t worth having. My chicken skin was cold and soggy. The establishment was filthy, up and down, clearly no cleaning/wiping tables going on. Finally I took my daughter to the toilet, well, we didn’t go it was disgusting and clearly not checked for hours! Toilets full, paper everywhere! We left hungry and appalled. Not a very good start to our pit stop en route to our holidays.
