City Kebab House - Nottingham

We placed our order on Just Eat and had to wait over an hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, it was the wrong order belonging to someone else. After contacting the restaurant, we were simply told to call Just Eat. We received no compensation for the inconvenience. We do not recommend ordering from this restaurant as you may receive cold food and the wrong order.

This restaurant is not recommended. The service and food were both terrible. I ordered £45 worth of food, but it never arrived. After making several phone calls, they insisted it had been delivered. When I finally found the food on my doorstep, it was cold and missing several items, including all the chilli sauce. They refused to issue a refund and even accused me of lying. This kind of service is unacceptable. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? Stay away from this place.

Although I typically do not write reviews, I must say that the lamb shish kebab I had at this restaurant was delicious. It was packed with flavor, and the fresh salad and tasty fries complemented it perfectly.

DONT ORDER THROUGH JUST EAT!!! When our order was placed JustEat advises free garlic bread with orders over £10 and guess what we didn’t get!!! When we called the staff where rude!!! Caution people if you decide on ordering!!! Shocking Service!!!

Everything they sell is delicious. And it is so cheap. It’s going to be my secret vice from now on. I couldn’t say enough nice things about this place
