Caspian - Nottingham

I was travelling further up north but was hungry so thought I’d try caspian out again but was a bit dubious as some reviews said it wasn’t as good since new owners took over but anyway I thought I’d give it a go. Ordered my normal large Doner and the chaps was really friendly and chatty and very polite. As for the kebab it must have been 2 years since I’d had one from the prievous owners and this one tasted exactly the same. So good infact I cleared the lot up. Overall can’t fault at all.

I called and ordered a burger meal and a large pizza today with caspians and honestly one of the best customer services I have had in a long time! Not only is the food really nice the man who I spoke to on the phone madden my experience so much more pleasant! Will defo be returning!

Since ash and his family owned this takeaway for over 20 years some derby lads have taken over and it is not the same the place has gone down Hill no taste in the food and no customer service any more I had 2 caspian special pizza 1 today and the last was 3 months ago I thought give them another chance no taste at all I asked for extra hot with chilli base and plenty of green chillies it came as normal very disappointing and wasted my £9 hard earned cash the guy on the phone was not helpful and said bring it back I live 6 miles away changed into my pyjamas and expect me to drive back for a exchange never going back here and a warning do not waste your money here look at the place from the outside and judge the place looks run down and filthy something from the 80s other better and friendly people on the same road.if I couid give it 0 I wouid rubbish ash was a great guy who sold it.

We had the Family Kebab between 3 adults, it was more than enough and the best mix Kebab I have had. Excellent Kebab , which we had delivered

Really disappointed, I had less than a slice of the pizza as it was mushy and had a really horrible smelly like something had gone off. When I rang the shop to complain they at first totally dismmed my concerns however after a few mins of trying to convince them that I am not trying to rob them they offered to come and pick the pizza up to taste it and they will only give me a refund if it doesn 't taste right to them ....so I am currently waiting for the driver to pick up my food.....I have experienced a lot of poor customer service in my time but I can honestly say this has to be up there with the worst ever. P.S Google, please allow us to vote 0 Stars.
