Caffe Nero Nottingham, Forman Street

The staff were very nice and their attitude and service made the difference between good and exceptional. Hope Nero corp reads this!

The staff here are great. Never queue for long. It is always clean and comfy.

Very cosy, nice atmosphere and has an 'underground ' feel to it. Comfortable seating, suitable for meeting with friends or just relaxing. I look for coffee shops that are good for reading, and this one is the best I 've found so far. I could read and drink tea or coffee here for hours. Didn 't give 5 stars because the food is quite pricey, but they do have a wide range of food options, especially the sweet treats!
