Somehow Mugg Bean staff always seems to sense when I need a cheering up. Monday 9th, my coffee looked so cute and was just what I needed! The service and food are always good and the little added touches are just what are needed

Mugg and Bean Eastgate is fantastic! The staff are well trained, pleasant and great at their jobs. Managers, Dickson and Patience are on the ball and are on top of everything. We frequent the restaurant a few time a week and are never unhappy.

Great food, great service. I love people watching and so enjoy sitting out when I'm there. My only complaint is that you don't have plug points for the days I want to eat and work. Hope it's something you are looking to change at some point.
