Mochachos Norwood

Ordered from them an hour and a half ago food still not here. Calling and there phone is constantly engaged.. Food finally arrived and they gave me a hot burger when I ordered a lemon and herb. The food is also cold

ORDER #8E91D Yesterday i ordered my regular burger with chips and coke and what i got yesterday was very disatifying , i got wedges that where over darkend fried wedges , for a lunch meal this was disgusting , who ever over seas the orders that come from the kitchen is clealy not doing what they where suppose to . I will never let anyone eat over fried dry wedges , i do not see why i was exspected to eat this... It does not matter where and who orders food , food like this should not be sold . Clearly the store has a big fat do not care policy becouse it got sent out . I will never order from this store AGAIN .

Highly not recommend. • terrible slow service • owner shows no interest • very layed back staff , chilling outside always on their cell phones • 45 minutes 1 hour on a quiet week day afternoon waiting period for any meal • unfriendly , loud staff having their own conversations barely any covid protocols in place Recently went in store to order milkshakes burritos firstly the milkshakes were only filled half way because they ran out of ice cream after the staff in the back realized we were sitting there they discussed about it and let it stand , went to get milk and told us to wait an extra 5 minutes after already waiting 45+ minutes. If we weren't there they wouldn't have cared , the burritos were blend cold. Contacted the owner in regards to a previous similar matter he didn't bother to show any interest. Will never visit again.

The owner is either completely unaware how fast his store has gone downhill or doesn't care. You really notice which restaurants are winning vs losing during Covid. Either way it's disappointing. So many staff, hardly any customers but even less care from the staff. We counted 6. Three at the front on their cell phones. We were served by a pregnant woman who seemed to have to go to the kitchen to make part of our order! Waited over 10 mins longer than expected. It took 35 minutes for our food to arrive and only because my husband kept asking. There was only one policeman and another guy who came in to order. The chicken was overspiced, dark veined, brown meat inside all indicative of a poor quality and recooked chicken. Chips were hard, fried many times I assume from the colour and the tasteless dry texture. Awful. How can you get chips wrong? Nobody seemed interested in ensuring the two guys that entered the store had sanitised. No regard for Covid. We will not return.

Avoid mochachos. The burger meal cost R96. I waited 25mins for my order to get a cold burger, thin and burnt patty. Avoid this mochachos branch, avoid mochachos all together. Get Pedro's or Gallitos. When I got there the staff were on their phones with no customers. Bad service, very bad value for money. Just avoid.
