Zaks Mousehold - Norwich

When someone with a food allergy I was informed what I couldn't have and what I could have. Good choices and excellent service.

Overall, it was a fun birthday dinner for my son's 13th birthday. The inside of the restaurant was quite warm and some of us were sitting in direct sunlight through the window, which made it even hotter. Perhaps they could install blinds to keep the heat out. However, it was still a pleasant meal.

I had a good experience in Zaks Mousehold before so decided to go back and safe was not disappointed. We booked a table and asked to sit up, as I think the upper floors are more spacious and has features of the pavilion on the show. This request was met by friendly and efficient staff without any problems. Food and drink was amazing, this is not the cheapest divers around. But if you take into account the quality of food and drink along with how tastefully decorated the diner is and the fantastic music. I think it's worth the price. It was pretty busy when we went, but the staff did a fantastic job to keep the environment clean. Including empty tables after other diners left. We enjoyed our visit and recommend Zak’s. We'd visit again.

We had a table for 2 and absolutely loved it. The food was excellent and extremely plentiful, the choice of drinks extensive and the service second to none. There was an amazing vibe at Zaks, perfect for the kind of restaurant it is.
