Bidrage med feedbackWe visited McDonald's Chapel Field for a quick meal. There was only one cashier who seemed disinterested in taking orders. We had to ask if he was serving us as he appeared lost. We ordered a plain cheeseburger Happy Meal and the wrap of the day. After waiting for 10 minutes, the wrap was placed on a tray on the counter and the fries were placed in the Happy Meal box. We waited an additional 15 minutes for the burger, which arrived covered in ketchup instead of plain as requested. When we complained, we were told it would take 3-5 days to receive a refund. The manager laughed at our frustration. The service was very poor and we will not be returning.
Not great, the coke had no ice in it, and the chips weren't salted, the burger was ok. Also, there was a 25 minute wait after ordering before we got our food, tbf it was busy, but the staff should allow for this. If I wasn't so hungry and the queue wasn't so long, then I'd have taken the food back
Can't really go wrong with a McDonalds breakfast. Stopped here whilst my partner was at work. Breakfast muffin and hash browns were up to their usual standard. Friendly staff at the counter. Only problem is that they were unable to serve coffee as the coffee machine was broken. The server told me that they had requested an engineer but no one had turned up yet.
There are plenty of great family-friendly and affordable dining options in Norwich, so why choose to eat here? I recommend trying a locally-owned cafe or restaurant instead.
The food was delivered quickly and still warm. We ordered through Uber and it arrived in just thirty minutes, and we were able to track the driver the whole way. The food was hot and exactly as we had hoped for.
