Ephesus - Norwich

This restaurant experience was terrible. Both my boyfriend and I got food poisoning from the pepperoni pizzas we ordered. When we called to complain, the woman we spoke to was extremely rude. She basically said that unless we had a doctor's note, we had no proof of our illness. It's ridiculous to expect us to go to the doctor while we're constantly getting sick. Not a great experience at all.

Ordered a takeaway through Just Eat, took an hour and a half to deliver and food stone cold. I rang up but got no apology, lots of shouting between the person on the phone and staff in the background. Was told not to eat the food and they would come and collect it (we were in the middle of microwaving it). Said all they could do would be to give us extra food next time. Unhelpful, bad service, cold food, staff don’t care.

Night out in Norwich, great night then Ordered food, they took order, then simply refused to serve, moronic service, really surprised considering how many food places want the business

To be honest it is a long time since I have stood around waiting for a taxi after pertaking a little something to mop up the alcohol but this was a fun night out with an old friend and we were having an ab fab moment. The chips were divine and really hot and not gloopy. Would definitel order a takeaway bit too old to be standing Rose Lane dahlings!

Me and my friends always visit ephesus after the waterfront, it's the best of them all. Great food. The cheesy chips are to die for and they cook them straight away so they're hot when you get them!
