Compleat Angler - Norwich

I'm vegan and the nut roast was ready, it was 5pm! so I had one beyond vegan burger with fries and grill sauce fantastic. I would have it tomorrow. actually that is tempting! very friendly, helpful staff and a great atmosphere. I'll be back here. I'm thinking of making it my place.

That has to be one of the best pubs I've visited in England, especially from the perspective of an Irish person.

This restaurant has become my go-to spot for meetups with my two former colleagues, and we get together here about three or four times a year. Both the beer and the food are excellent, and they serve the beer in proper glasses, which is becoming rare these days! The meals are well-cooked, beautifully presented, and just the right portion sizes—not too much to the point where you feel stuffed afterward, so I never have to skip dinner at home! The pub is clean, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of seating options, including a terrace with a lovely view of the river. I highly recommend this pub to anyone visiting Norwich for the day.

This is a lovely pub just 5 minutes from Norwich station. It features a fantastic selection of beers, and the staff are exceptional. I spent 9 hours there and would definitely return. I had a burger that was excellent, though a bit on the expensive side.
