My favorite place for a decent coffee in the city. It's homely and welcoming. Good food too!
I have visited this area for shopping a few times and noticed several restaurants, so I decided to try this one out. It was a really lovely place with excellent service and staff. The food was very good and it was surprisingly quiet for a weekend morning. I went for brunch, but I will definitely be back for lunch soon.
Not many people appreciate this little gem, well within walking distance of the city centre it offer home cooked lunches and a variety of sandwiches, all served with god old fashioned curtesy. No queuing up carrying trays pushing past others , table service at its best. Run by volunteers who give you the time of day, a well deserved visit, no fancy trimmings or trappings. Take time to seek them out, even just for a coffee. The Salvation Army does a Stirling role in society and this cosy cafe does them proud
