Caesars Pizza Kebab - Norwich

Terrible experience! I ordered a large special kebab without mushrooms or onions, but it only had chicken. I also asked for extra chicken on my pizza, but it was missing. Overall, very disappointing.

So I'll start off with a positive the food arrived on time. Unfortunately that's the only good thing to say about our order. Chips were just dripping in grease and they were either yesterday's leftovers or you seriously need to change your oil. Doner Kebab super greasy, so much so that it had all ran into the pitta making it inedible. My Sons chicken burger was cold, greasy cheeseburger for my daughter and a very bland Chicken Feast pizza for myself. We will not be ordering from you again and would advise others not to waste their money.

We will never use this takeaway ever again i ordered a donner kebab to which they replied sit in your car and we will bring it out to you !!we sat in our car right outside the takeaway and to our amazement they were making up orders and at times there were 3 of them handling the food orders and the hygiene of the people making up these orders was shocking one minute they had there hands in the bins ,then handling what looked like raw meat ,then making up kebabs with the hands they had previously been handling raw meat !!!!!! please for your own safety do not use this food outlet unless you have iron guts!!!!!! when i got home the donner kebab had been cut so thinly and the portion size for what they charged for was a total and utter rip off please be warned this review is for your own good and for you to be not disappointed like myself and many others who have been ripped off by this supposed food outlet,,,, once again shocking ,the food went into the bin as i was not prepared to take the risk of being ill .!!!!!!

Terrible experience!!!! I was given the wrong order initially and when I called to have it corrected, the staff was extremely rude and I still didn't receive the correct dish! I doubt I will even get a full refund and there was no apology given. The person on the phone just claimed they were busy and raised their voice. I will never be returning to this restaurant!

I used to be a loyal customer, but I can no longer support this restaurant. The service is completely unacceptable and not worth the 2-hour wait. I will not be ordering from here again. They did not even offer complimentary chips for inconveniencing my family. Overall, they are terrible!
