Dunkin' - Norwich

I drive for a senior shuttle company. They are very courteous. it's one of the few places I can go into use the restroom, with out a problem, even if I don't buy anything.

I've been to many branches of this place being on the road as much as I am, and this location (West Main Street Norwichtown Connecticut, across from Monro Muffler Brake) is hands down, by far, the worst I have ever seen. The bathroom was a complete mess and had an awful odor, every single worker had a serious attitude problem, especially the woman at the cashier. Someone spilled their coffee and it took about minutes for a worker to clean it up, without even wiping down the table, because I guess customers like to have sticky table surfaces? Cold Food, Bad Coffee, Hardly Any Doughnuts Available... What Happened to Dunkin' Donuts ?? I'm Switching to Starbucks...

I was in a lot of dunkins in connecticut, and that's the worst downstairs. they do not have the right materials for popular items. the personal is unprofessional and would rather talk to family members on the watch than help them.

Dunkin is not a bad place to get a quick coffee, tee or cold drink. the prices are higher than the convenience stores, but not as high as diets. the journey through is a plus with bad weather.

So is literally the worst dunkin I've ever had. this is only not a single complain. every time I go, either my order is wrong, or they forget something, or they give me an assignment because they have not read the full order on the journey. it is really regrettable. does not say that they are among servants. Every time I go, I'm just talking to you.
