Sonic Drive-in - Norton

The service is great. Eating was hot as delivered. The waiter looked like he had dirty clothes.

The food was good, the temperature of the food was good. Auto-Hop was friendly and service was fast.

This place was a joke! We went to eat there, but on loud speaker was told that you had to drill the drive to order, so when we said it was at least 30. Wait 40 minutes until they could even take OUR ORDER. Are you kidding? This place needs management badly! We just left and went somewhere else.

We love Sonic, but they had 2 people. We pulled the red button in a stand and waited. Somehow, the truck got the call next to us (who moved to me in 10 minutes, literally) to place their order. Okay, no big deal, I thought maybe my stand was confused, I decided to move on to thru. I was the 5th. Auto-Inline, after a ten-minute waiting time, pulled out 3 and left. When I finally had to order, they were nice, but only not enough help.

Always a good stop for a quick eat. The only place I can get a malted shake too.
