Subway - Northwood

The young ladies behind the counter were very nice.

I had to return to the restaurant to retrieve my daughter's forgotten cookies with our takeout order.

I had to repeat my sandwich order to the worker multiple times before it was finally understood. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to prepare two subs at a place that operates like a 24/7 Subway. I won't be returning.

The fact it took so long to make my order. Seems as though the worker was on drugs and that she didn’t know what she was doing in the first place I find that to be unprofessional and disturbing

I was supposed to have Italian herbs cheese bread, and there is hardly any cheese, or herbs on the bread. Also, ordered sweet onion sauce they didn't put any on it at all. They didn't put any napkins in my bag at all, either. Must have a bunch of nim rods running the place!!
