Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a premium kebab wrap with salad, garlic, and chilli sauce for delivery. When it arrived, it was just a wrap with no salad or sauce. I called and was told another one would be delivered, but I am still waiting half an hour later. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from this restaurant again, especially since I already waited an hour for a wrap that I could have gotten cheaper from Subway.
We buy from Blyth Flame on Waterloo Road in Blyth roughly once a week. However, after todays experience, NEVER AGAIN ! As usual we phoned and pre ordered our food, on arrival we paid more than we expected so we took another leaflet to check the prices and compare with last weeks leaflet that we had at home. After a quick look at prices on the way home it didn't match up so we made a phone call to ask why. We were told that the leaflet was out of date and individual prices were rattled off, This still didn't come to the total that we were charged. We left it at that. When opening the food at home we couldn't believe our eyes, The over priced rap had no salad or sauce as ordered, the half tray of chips were over cooked old and soggy, the looked like left overs. Another phone call was made and after listening to the excuses we asked to speak to a manager or the equivalent, His name was Ali I think No real reason was offered only an offer for some new chips and salad for rap. We refused. I then looked at last weeks price list. Again this was different form todays and this was still less than what we were actually charged. The conversation ended and the seagulls got the majority of the CRAPPY food that we spent almost £20 on. About 15 minutes later we received a call back from another Manager ? he said that we were over charged for the rap and the prices had gone up at 4pm today anyway. So the prices seem to go up weekly while the quality and quality plummets. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL ! HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE PRICES FROM A NEW CRISP LOOKING LEAFLET AND THEN INFLATE THEM AT THE POINT OF PURCHASE ? I think trading standards should take a look at this as well as all of their customers old and new. I LEFT BLYTH FLAME A ONE STAR REVIEW AS ZERO OR MINUS TEN WASN'T AVAILABLE
Had a nice meal from here last week so ordered again tonight. Unfortunately my chicken kebab was so burnt it was inedible. I tried peeling off the burnt bits and putting it in a pitta with heaps of sauce but the burnt taste was so strong there was no salvaging it. Thankfully my husband had a pizza we could share. Really disappointing as the kebab was lovely last time but £9 to go in the bin is disappointing so won’t be back.
Received different food than ordered at at a much more expensive rate than on the website. Called to speak to the lady who took the order (who had to start our order 3 times and kept talking to other people) and was told that’s what I ordered. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL DEFINITELY NOT USE AGAIN.
Always great food, have become regulars and the food is great, well cooked and tasty and staff and always friendly. Grilled chicken a healthy take away.
