Annitsford Tandoori Takeaway

I never like to leave a negative review as I hate the keyboard warriors, but this is well deserved. I ordered a meal for my birthday and bit into what I thought was a chicken bone but it wasn't it, it was a rusty bit of metal. Lucky it didn't break a tooth or cut my gums as it would have been a trip to get a jab. Spoke with the owner who came and collected the bit of metal and said he would look into it and said to ring him the next time I ordered a meal and it would be for free. I'm not bothered about a free meal but was awkward and rang him and he rang ahead to the restaurant before I awkwardly ordered the meal and the guy who took the order gave me a £10 discount! I'll never eat there again and I hope he learns from this as he sounds a little arrogant to be honest!

Great service, food lovely, always offer advice on which curry to choose. Never had a bad meal yet, they do the best nan bread soft sweet and doughy, onion bhaji nice and crispy. Well be recommending to all.

First and last time I will ever use this joke of an Indians , over an hour late , I rang up to ask what was going on and he hung up, do not use this place absolutely terrible , go some where else

Having not used the takeaway for a few years have been alternating between hereand others since lockdown. I have to say on each occasion the food has been excellent.
