Staff and owners are very friendly and make sure everything is good. Place is beautiful. I like how it feels like a Mexican restaurant and helps when it is away from home. Now to the food, chips and salsa were ok, I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos and a side of beans and rice. beans and rice were all right; Rice lacked a little taste and color. Now to the quesabirria tacos, these were not authentic birria tacos, the tortillas were not completely boiled, for this type of tacos the tortilla must be a bit roasted and the cheese overwhelming taste of the meat, the consome lacked much taste aswell. I have to be rigorous as I have eaten Mexican food at home all my life and I also go around the country, so I really had good food and really bad food. I give him 4 stars because the service is 5 stars and food is 3 stars. Soy estricto con la comida mexicana porque la eh comido toda me vida en casa y también la eh comido en CD. Mexico, Chihuahua y Cancun Quintana Roo. El servicio fue excelente solo la comida le falto el toque mexicano, que no se pierda.

Service was super w/ a smile! Beans and corn tortillas were really great! We order the 3 items combination lunch plates. It was too much for me, but enough for my husband. A little disappointed about the birria tacos. When I was from Texas, they weren't what I had earlier. Usually with corn and deep roasted crispy with goat meat. Salsa didn't wear me.

Hidden jewel. Small family-run restaurant with friendly service. Small but varied menu, bottle beer and margaritas. This is connected to the Ingram Farms Ice Cream Shop. I was here with the family. Wife and son had any chickens, daughter had chickens tacos with rice and beans, I had beef and rice bowl. All came out quickly with apparently fresh cold components. Despite some other customers, the rice was not dried, nor was it muddy. Salsa seemed to be made there with a lot of fresh Zilantro. It was pretty mild what was good for the kids. The only bathroom was tidy and smells like cleaner, not perfumed in a envelope test. Great experience for a home quick dinner. We'll do it again.

Best Mexican cuisine in Tuscaloosa County. I'm from Arizona and I stopped finding something that tasted like at home. Then a friend showed me this place and it was like a bit of loneliness went away. The staff is super nice and the room feels great. I can be super juicy about these places because I grew up making Mexican food. If I can cook better than what I ordered at home is not worth the money. This place is soooo worth the money. They also have vegetarian options that are more than just beans Burritos. Try the avocado enchiladas when they are fantastic. A friend from the city makes special excursions for her fish tacos. The chicken is also sublime and I love the salsa! You also have a full bar
