Checkers - Northport

I have never had a pleasant experience here. The food is hit or miss when it comes to freshness. The service is absolutely horrible. The staff are rude, my orders are rarely correct, and then when i address the issue, the staff sling attitude like it is my fault that they are incompetent. They omit items, like a burger (which they did to me) , or they will deliberately leave things on a sandwich you want removed...either due to that damn bot they have to take your order, or out of pure laziness. That automated drive through bot is a joke. It will screw up your order real quick...so always check your bag before you drive away from the window. I can not reiterate that enough!!! The only thing that is perfect is their fries. They are always hot and fresh. Other than that...it's hit or miss with the quality of food and the service you receive. Just be cautious when you order food here...that's all I'm saying.

Just left this Checkers and found a nice surprise inside my drink. Someone's hair on the I side of the lid. Kinda gross and don't say hi to the lady in the drive thru, she won't say anything back..

Ordered online to pickup. Banana shakes, as on menu, paid when ordered, when got there, they had no bananas of course, so ordered strawberry shakes. Those were horrible! Tasked like melted coolwhip with cheap strawberry syrup, so sweet runny, no icecream type consistency of a milkshake. Yuck! I thought even though the burgers I got there 2 months ago were nasty, the shakes are too!! Wont be going back for anything! wasted money wasted trip! ??

The chicken sandwich was good until I look at the bottom buns. It looks like it has blood on it. I didn't use ketchup and I checked my mouth for bleeding nothing. But it looks like blood so I'm worried a little. Service was fast and I wouldn't say cleaning was good this time
