Went tonight for dinner with friends from out of town. Service was slow, but food order was unacceptable. 1 person got their order, 2 others got part of their order and 1 got none of his order. Waited 30 minutes for a cold burger that was pink throughout. Then I got hit with a credit card fee without them telling me. Spectacular Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

By far the best Basement around! The bartenders are wonderful and food is always delicious. The food is always fresh and hot and made with love. Also, The atmosphere is full of friendly and fun people!!!!!
