Cold food, called to complain man on phone was rude, awful service, argued with us and said can't do nothing, no apology no replacement of food, all food went in bin, 25 pound lost

This is my favorite place to dine out, but unfortunately it has gone downhill over the years. The service is poor, there is a new rude manager, and they haven't updated their menu. It feels like they are doing us a favor by offering any good deals. The food is only average, with a rating of 6 out of 10, and the overall service and food experience is a 4 out of 10. I am not happy with my experience at this restaurant.

I asked for a meal deal that was displayed on the window, and was told it was only available at certain times. I was told it mentioned the time at the bottom of the display, yet there was no time on it. Chips themselves are most probably the worst, I've eaten in a long time.

We ordered two large pizzas and chicken wings from this restaurant. The pizza was delicious, but the chicken wings were very dry, almost as if they were leftover from the previous day. I would not recommend ordering chicken wings from them.

The food is dry, the service is terrible, and the delivery driver is abusive. He threw my order on the floor when delivering my food, and this is not the first time it has happened. When I called the owner to complain, he supported his staff. As a result, my children went to bed hungry with no food, and I did not receive a refund.
