Papa Johns - Northampton

Order £55 value pizza at 18:30 for delivery at 9am. The time came and went I decided to tell her as the app on my phone, it was prepared 23 minutes later, after someone in a loop on their phone the phone up and put it directly to speak out. My daughter went up there and stayed waiting for 10 minutes on the front counter while the staff simply went around to mooching, she finally got someone attention and explained the situation for the guy just to go away we are busy!!! Someone came to the counter and asked our address then went away again, there was another customer in there who had waited for their delivery from 7:30, there is no customer service at this place shocking next time when I am with Dominos. My daughter asked for our delivery fee and the staff laughed at her and said the manager will call tomorrow. She told them an apology would have been nice, they then spoke in a foreign language that directed to them and laughed. I will take this with the main office I am sure that they have CCTV in their and will see what a cabinet of a store they have!!!

In any case, Vile, found a dead fly embedded in the pizza and when I complained, they said they didn't care.

Not nice, pizza base was with the sides... the sauce looks like she's been in the pot for two years. Feel completely demolished for £30. We usually order Dominos, but we thought we would try something else. Never again.

I enjoyed my pizza from Papa Johns to the last orders. It really seems that it went badly on the hill. the last orders were really late, with a list of excuses. My last order lasted almost an hour and 30 minutes! the food was cold and the pizza was more dough than anything (I think they must have run out of the blows) and the driver was lost, his car boke down, had to fill up, I am sure he will be there soon!

This is the worst restaurant ever! I placed an order and it didn't arrive on time. Then, a member of the staff called me to say that the delivery driver had not shown up. When I asked what they wanted me to do, the person started yelling insults at me. The food finally arrived an hour later, but I decided not to accept it. Giving them one star is too kind - I would give them zero if I could! I hope they improve their customer service. I will never order from them again! Never!
