Arby's - North Zanesville

Went thru the drive thru. Service was awful because he didn't hear everything I said for drinks. Only heard the food I ordered. Got to the window was only gonna give me 3 drinks of the 6 I ordered. Food was good but definitely poor customer service. Training definitely needed.

Consistently accurate orders, friendly staff and good food, it's the chain experience you expect.

Come here to order food for my lunch but instead of only getting food that I order I also get a criticism by an employer name Karissa she start pointing out and criticizing about my accent which is unnecessary. She said that my accent is really too heavy and she really have a hard time to understanding me.

They keep closing the dine-in at 9pm when it’s open till 10pmLike I’m a truck driver so i can’t take my truck through the drive thru
