Bidrage med feedbackThe woman (not the blonde one) who worked saturday the 16th at 4:30am was extremely rude, impatient and was not specific when asking questions about our order. My husband asked for a breakfast sandwich and she just replies on what? . He had a language barrier and didn 't understand what she meant by the question. Instead of explaining that she needed to know what kind of bread, she just continued YELLING ON WHAT?!?! several times over the speaker. As a manager at a restaurant myself I was livid. She would thrive at Karen 's Diner with that attitude. I looked for a name tag and she didn 't have one otherwise I would drop her name on this review. Her being of colour herself should have been more understanding of language barriers.
Excellent service by a young lady called (Masy) not sure if I got the spelling right. But she is really good with customers.Parking: Lots of space for free parking
I heard myth about tim staff that they are not helpful and all i came here 1st time and that myth was proved to me by employees over here as i was giving order to eat they have nothing even one employee was not properly listening the order i even not completed with my order she just said no we don't have this and that. Then i asked patato veggies again she said no. They have no onions no patatos no hashbrowns as she yelled so i should gift them a lock why you opened this if you have nothing to sell!
The coffee was great, I drink it black, and the doughnuts were exceptional.
Absolutely 0 star or negative for this reason I experienced.1. You have to tell them twice your order. I don't know if they are deaf or something. They always do that to every customer in line.2. Sometimes they don't give back ur change for a coffee3. You're waiting for order until you found out they're not making it. You have to tell them again
