I've been coming here for a year and they are consistently pleasant, polite and their food is always great.

I have been here twice, both times for their dim sum takeout It's located in a strip mall on Mendocino Avenue.

I just so happened to be in the area and stopped in to Silver Moon to grab a little dinner.
