Took them 45 minutes to prepare 1 sandwich. Got embarrassed to have invited a friend to try this place. Poor Customer service. Also witnessed multiple food delivery drivers to come for pick up, but none of the orders were ready, and they had to wait at least half an hour. Wondering why the management of this place doesn’t value the customers’ time, nor the drivers that are working.

Today I came there and I got a sandwich, it was really good and they had really good customer service, just the food quality isn’t my favourite so that’s why I give it a 4

Recently visited this restaurant and had a less than pleasant experience. The wait time for a simple sandwich was incredibly long!! 40 minutes! For one sandwich? despite the restaurant being nearly empty. It was puzzling.To make matters worse, when I asked the cashier for a recommendation on which sandwich to order, they replied, I don 't like anything here!!! This response left me bewildered and feeling unwelcome as a customer.In terms of the food, it was just average, nothing to write home about. Given the unusual service and lackluster response from the staff, I 'd think twice before dining here again.

Ordered sandwich online specified on the description no sauce please put the sauce on the side when I went to pick up I double checked with cashier and she said it's no sauce and she put two sauce on the side guess what? The sandwich was soaked with sauce it had more than regular sauce I threw it, called store they said they can change it for me if I come back but I was already far from the store, she said please write the request in farsi as no one knows English in this store except me ?. Shocked

If you want to keep your health, DO NOT GO HERE!!!I used to love their food. But it is absolutely dangerous I have no idea how they are still open! I purchased 2 sandwiches from them and both of them had a rotten taste and smell to it to the point that we couldn’t even take one bite!We called and informed them so no one else would get harmed and they apologized and promised 2 sandwiches for free. We ate the sandwiches and not only the quality was not good and the rotten smell was still there, but we have both gotten food poisoning from only a few bites!
