Bidrage med feedbackMy friend and I visited this restaurant before a week in the afternoon. we were hungry and eaten delicious and authentic Korean food, so we decided to visit this restaurant. my friend told me she loves this restaurant and often goes to a good meal here. that was said, that was my first time I tried this restaurant. Unfortunately, eating is not so great. Moreover, we have not even finished our eating yet, but the server came on our table and gave us the bill and the card machine. and we looked around the restaurant, there was only one table (except us) occupied, and no waiting line in/outside the restaurant. I really want to know why this happened. Maybe the kitchen is busy? or was it just before the specified time to close? I have no idea. it was such a disappointing experience. I always love to visit Korean restaurants because of their friendly service and of course eating. but this one I just feel confused and disappointed? ...
Our favorite place for Korean food! always delicious and fresh, very friendly staff! we love this place
I came here with my family on Tuesday night. it wasn't too busy when we arrived, so we sat pretty fast. cho won is a super friendly family business that is hidden from the main street of yonge st. the entrance is on the dredry ave to a smaller road and it has free parking in front of the restaurant. we ordered the mandoo jungol, which is a disgusting suppe with sweetness in the hot pot. as with a typical Korean hot pot it is loaded with a lot of ingredients such as tofu, mushrooms and green vegetables. the dumplings were very full and filled with tasty. there was no spiciness added to this jungle that are perfect for those who are not-spicy lovers. we have ordered an extra nudel because it was not enough, but the portion size is good for two people. unfortunately it does not contain a rice. there are other Korean hot pots that contain rice. it comes with besides dishes (banchan,) containing tofu, spicy gurkensalat, kimchi, bean sprouts, soy eddies and bratkartoffeln. these 6 side dishes can be refillable, so they feel free to eat as much as their heart content. our family loved the disgusting hot pot more because it tasted easier on our weight (after the action) and healthier. for the price it was listed at 38.99, I would say it was worth and would recommend this to give a try?. overall the service was friendly and they had a button to call the server. I would definitely come back to try their Korean BBQ experience.
What they get for $75.71Pork darm are so hard to find in toronto, and very demanding to cook home. it was easy to chew and inside were delicious! on the other hand the bark was very dry and had a little blood odor. makgulli is not my taste. the ones I taste more in the more like sprit, but this is super mad. over the phone ordered she was okay, but not asked if I delivered or not, felt very hurried it was okay for a time order
This is my favourite restaurant when I’m craving some Korean home cooking. Even though we live half an hour away, we’re always happy to make the trip.I highly recommend the kkanpunggi (fried chicken), japchae, bulgogi and kimchi pancakes, although you can’t go wrong with their Korean BBQ offerings. (Side note: The owners must have upgraded their ventilation system, as my hair and clothes don’t smell after leaving.?)Service is friendly and efficient, and I’m always happy to support this family restaurant. I hope they stick around for the long haul!
