Horrible customer service. Food counter staff long black hair and face mask tried to scam me. I wanted hot soy milk and the staff insisted their soy pudding was soy milk. Then threw up a fuss when I wanted a refund.Be careful buying from this place. If their front desk is this bad, their supermarket cashiers shouldn’t be trusted. Double, triple check your receipts!

My favourite Asian supermarket with the best selection. I'm always able to find hard-to-find Asian food, fruits, and snacks here that are reasonably priced. Spacious and clean. Also easily accessible by bus if don't drive.

While I’ve been here often for food items, today I decided to try the hot take out for my family.I was the third person waiting, made eye contact with the server, yet when an Asian man walked up next to me, she said something to him in her language as if she knew him, proceeded to serve him first, (I am not Asian). When I spoke up and said I was next, the Asian customer said he didn’t see me….it was literally me and him, that’s it. Since the server had already started his takeout container, I told her she was was wrong for that, and walked away.Completely bias interaction.

Both red onions and ginger are always going bad days after purchasing. This is the only supermarket that I know of that has this problem. I suspect the store is not storing the products properly or selling the public certain items that should of been inspected and thrown out.

I loved this place. You can have burgers with meatless meat. Vegetarian meat of peas and another bakery shop opposite it is marvellous. The tea with dry milk without sugar is good!!Humble staff
