15 min waiting for food in drive thru,I thought is was bad day but second time was the same, never come back.

Hello, always enjoy the management and food here especially on Whopper Wednesdays. The service and food are always typically great and the staff are nice and smile.Today, I asked for large fries but got half the amount. I tried calling multiple times to let staff know but got no pick up. I come here often so can you please take note of this and reimburse me for free fries next time please? See attached photo. Really bad service, they're really slow. They don't really care if you make an online order, they prepare your order when you arrive and make you wait for a long

Extremely bad drive thru !!!!!!!!!! 2 extremely rude employee in drive thru 27 August, 7.40 pm ,2023) asked me to wait in left parking lot. After I wait 15 minutes she brought me wrong order. When I say it's wrong she even didn't listen and went back. I asked to another employee and she didn't answer neither! After 40 minutes I received correct order !!!!! This 1 star is just a start,will continue.
