As a Canadian I support Canadian business but honestly food quality is not good really
What i witnessed today (12/10/2023, 5pm) was borderline harassment of another customer, over a minor confusion of drinks. The staff named Elijah (young black man) was extremely rude with the customer and outrightly aggressive in dealing with her. He seemed to have had a mental breakdown or was frustrated over something. He kept berating her for not knowing what she had ordered and insulted her without any provocation. As the customer being ill-treated was a soft spoken lady who was no match to the arrogant and aggressive Elijah, I had to intervene to control the situation but then this guy directed his angst at me. I have already made a formal complaint against him and will see to it that he faces consequences of misbehaving with customers.
Very worse customer service they don’t talk nicely at all. They don’t talk they polite they don’t train very good either.
There is nothing to tell i m just in shock what actually i can say is that i just got tea and i cant even drink it because of the behaviour of employe. First thing she was on phone and i ask to warm up food and she literally smashed microwave. If someone gotta see what’s worst service called I’ll say come visit this tim horton. I m just surprised seeing these kind of employe like if you dont like working just leave the job.
