Mcdonald's - North York Industiral

We enjoy our time at this McD's! Great staff.Kid-friendliness: Awesome Playland and the neighbourhood kids are always good with my son. And you never need to worry to much when the kids are playing; you can enjoy your food and the kids go play.

Drive thru was long, no worries, I don't mind going inside. Used the Kiosk to order with ease. Wait time was short. However, no greeting and thank you. I understand they were extremely busy, seemed like my business was undervalued.

Ok so... they got my order wrong... 3 times in a row with items missing. i understand its a fast face work environment but the mistake happened because of the teleohone game. one worker asking another worker and asking another worker then. thing gone missing. they did end up fixing it by taking back the wrong order. and by ommiting a sandwhich though. but. almost got it right. at least they tried

Food is often Luke warm, drive line goes to the street, parking is small, very busy restaurant, service with a smile doesn’t exist.

Believe me. I would not be caught dead getting anything from McDonald's unless you're talking about a stomach virus. My friend wanted to come, so I drove them.Yes, the place still smells of shady business and food practices.
