Not related to this location especially, but Chatime’s plastic cup and the paper straw combined has severe design flaws. If applying too little pressure, the straw won’t go through the sealing film. But if I applied too much pressure, the plastic cup will have cracks. Happened to me twice, the liquid is everywhere and I had to throw the bubble tea away without drinking a single sip.

Always a good time coming to this Chatime! The staff are friendly, very fast service, and very clean. I always try to come to this one even if it's out of my way.
