Blew us all away with its simple layout, menu and bar but EVERYTHING was of the highest quality...service, food and drinks selection. Reasonable prices for both pub favourites as well as the specials. Something for everyone. Bonus for coeliacs like myself is the selection of about 7 options ranging all proteins. Gf beer would make it outstanding. Can't recommend enough for families, couples or groups. You won't be disappointed.

This place is definitely the best in the area! Michael and the staff are all down to earth, going above and beyond to make each visit an enjoyable one. It's always so busy and this in itself is a testament to the quality of this place.

Great place. Great staff. Great food. The small things made a huge impression birthday banner, balloons and complimentary dessert with a candle for the birthday nanna we came to celebrate. We were all pleasantly surpised with the hospitality thank you The Cape Tavern for a great night!

We have eaten at The Cape Tavern so many times now. The meals are always excellent, very fresh, hot and extremely yummy. The chicken risotto as a Gluten free meal was sensational, the Eggplant Parma is to die for! We are building our new home at The Cape so looking forward to many many more meals at The Tavern. Service is always impeccable, very friendly and accommodating, beautiful coffee and huge choice of drinks! Cannot wait to go back again:
