Bagel One - Feedback

I've been going to Bagel one for over 30 years, best bagels I've ever had. well the patient that is needed during the week.

Friday morning, 5/27/22. there were some people waiting in the snake. the server disappeared over 5 minutes, she just let everyone hang, so I went with others....
