Costa Coffee

Been waiting for 20 min for a Hot Chocolate and a Double expresso to takeout. While one of the employees is doing drinks the other 2 are standing there talking and looking completely lost like they have no idea what they're doing. Just awful service.

I love sitting by the window watching the world go by the coffee is great too

Never enough staff working always long que^s and tables always slow to be cleared and cleaned

Disgusting atmosphere, the manager especially responsible for this (who I know as Amber? . I’ve been visiting this branch of costa for many years, and I can now say the staff are treated poorly and with little respect. This has made a huge impact on my experience here. Very disappointed.

Coffee is always great, but every time the queue is quite long. Ideally need 2 people making the drinks
