His mince pie came on a plate with cream ... my gluten free still in the wrapper (not that I mind that) but no plate or cream why is it because you are gluten free you don’t need a plate ... we are not heathens ????

Visited the costa pod at the services at various times between 3pm and 7pm this week due to working in the area. I have to say the service I received was second to non. Talk about service with a smile. The server Carole greatest me with a smile, was polite and gave me great service. What an outstanding employee.

Rip off . Tried get an extra teabag for already weak tea . Try charge £2 for a **** teabag . Simple thing is if the sarcastic employee didn't have the attitude of sulky child I probably would of paid it. Put it this will not use again I visit here everyday and so do my colleagues We will give our business another retailer
